This policy applies to all digital products offered by A Human Odyssey.

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

This includes:
• eBooks
• Guides
• Background packs
• Illustration packs
• Any other downloadable content

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may only be considered if:

• You purchased the product but did not download it yet
• There was a duplicate purchase by mistake
• There is a technical issue that prevents file delivery (must be confirmed and reviewed)

Technical issues caused by device incompatibility or user error are not eligible.

3. How to Request a Refund

Include your order number, email and details of the issue. Requests will be reviewed case-by-case according to EU consumer law.
